Stop AIDS
The greatest disease of the modern world is AIDS. This disease took more lives than plague in medieval times and there is no cure. AIDS is invincible and pitiless. It is merciless to anybody and may conquer even children.
AIDS is the disease able to kill humanity and our so well-developed civilization.
People who live with such disease know that they are doomed to death and miser life. Other people despise them and avoid them trying to protect themselves from the disease that is able to destroy the whole family.
Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome is the result of human immunodeficiency virus. This is the virus that threatens the whole world.
We are so proud of our well-developed civilization and of our so progressive consciousness. But AIDS has proven that our civilization and medicine in particular are not so developed. And it destroyed the whole medical science since it first appeared.
According to some people AIDS is the human punishment for all destructions humanity brought to the world. Other people think it is the rage of the God that wants to punish humanity for all its sins. Other people think AIDS is the natural process regulated by nature to control the number of people on Earth. There are a lot of other opinions about the reasons why and how it appeared and why it damages little by little the human civilization.
There are several theories about its appearance but till nowadays people don't know where it came from. So what can be said about the medicine that would treat AIDS if we don't even know its origins. Besides, some doctors and scientists don't even support the idea that AIDS is caused by HIV.
AIDS is the disease that has no cure that is why person who has AIDS turns into the isolated one that can't live his/her normal life and communicate as usual with other people.
But the statistic is awful. The number of people who have AIDS increases. And today nothing can be done about this problem. Of course countries of the world try to regulate this problem and to make the life of those who have AIDS easier. But the world has to unite to solve this problem, because AIDS doesn't know nationality, sex, race, religion, etc.
